The Role

As a Membership Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. Training is provided to set you up for success, and a positive, can-do attitude is essential You'll work closely with the club team to:

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships

• Retain current members by promoting our culture and services

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships

• Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement

• Maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards

• Must be available to work on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 3PM onwards

• Saturday availability is required

• Opportunity for permanent part time for the right person

• If considered for the role, you'll need these requirements:

• First Aid & CPR

• Working with Children Check
• Police Check (Not required)
