What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support crews across different project sites
  • Oversee workflows and help ensure things stay on track
  • Communicate with various teams and stakeholders
  • Keep an eye on quality, safety, and overall progress
  • Support the development of team members on the ground
  • Assist with basic reporting and project follow-up

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Foreman or supervisory role, ideally within plumbing or construction
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Confidence navigating job sites and responding to challenges
  • Working knowledge of tools, plans, and relevant standards
  • A team-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Licensed Plumber
