Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers-providing support, answering questions, and helping clients find the right service options for their needs. You'll:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
  • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes
  • Onboard new customers with a seamless, friendly experience
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Provide knowledgeable, solution-focused service that makes clients feel valued
