We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fencing Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of a variety of fencing systems, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential, commercial, and industrial fencing.
• Work efficiently as part of a team or independently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Comply with all relevant QHSE policies & procedures, including the Installation Control procedure.
• Ability to interpret drawings and instructions
• An analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
• Respond to any other requests made by the Project Manager and Leading Hand
• Conduct pre-start checks of plant and equipment as required

Your profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment. Experience and knowledge within the commercial security fencing industry are desirable but not essential. Candidates must :

• Have a valid Drivers License and own transport is essential
• Have a Construction White Card
• Have experience in installing chainwire, colorbond, pool, timber and palisade security fencing preferred.
• Must be flexible and able to travel
• Can work independently and in a team environment
• Able to problem solving
• Ability to read plans and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $44.00 – $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
