As a Rail Operations Support Officer at SCT Group, based in VIC Altona and reporting to the Head of Rail Operations, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our rail services. This casual position requires working on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out administration tasks, including data collection and processing
  • Raising and processing sales orders in SAP
  • Processing container booking details into the Rollingstock System
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Other tasks as directed.

Other important information
