Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for a flexible role within a supportive, values-driven team? We're a close-knit property group managing a boutique portfolio, and we're looking for someone like you to join us.


The Role

In this part-time position, you'll be managing a small, well-maintained commercial property portfolio. The role includes:

  • Day-to-day management of commercial leases
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Monitoring arrears and outgoings
  • Ensuring compliance and documentation are always up-to-date

This role is perfect for someone seeking a balanced lifestyle while staying connected to the property industry.


What You'll Need

  • Agents Representative Certificate (essential) or Real Estate Licence
  • Experience in commercial property management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
