An Exciting opportunity exists for a Facade Site Manager at Cathay Chung Yue Estate in Rhodes, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to Operation Manager and Managing Director.
  • Manage all the façades and claddings work from start-to-end.
  • Manage subcontractor includes make sure all the façade set-outs are as per approved

shop drawings

  • Plan and monitor construction programs and budgets.
  • Manage site procurement, subcontractors and site resources.
  • Review shop drawings and develop construction methodologies, SWMS and ITPs.
  • Prepare and submit SWMS and ITPs to Builder for approval.
  • Identify and mitigate site issues.
  • Leading site teams and ensure WHS compliance and excellent quality at all stages.
  • Communicate with builders via email, Aconex, Procore and RedHub.
  • Experience with site deliveries.
  • Provide as built and feedback any dimensions changed to the design team.
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement including clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum six years' experience in façade industry include residential windows & doors, aluminium & metal cladding, glass balustrade and aluminium handrail.
  • Able to understand façade shop drawings and coordinate interface details with other trades.
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of construction.
  • Skilled at leading teams and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • Prepare programme using Microsoft Project.
  • Strong expertise in project management, planning, programming, contract administration, design management, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of successfully managing site-based teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Proficiency across the MS Office Suite and familiarity and willingness to learn the use of our construction and project management system software.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Must hold current and up to date White Card and driver licence.
