The Company

With exciting new projects underway, we're now looking for a Senior and Associate Facade Engineer to join their talented, growing team.

The Roles  

Associate Façade Engineer ($150K–$180K)

  • Key technical and leadership role supporting the team and reporting to the Principal Façade Engineer as the 2IC.
  • Responsible for checking design work, producing reports, coordinating with clients, providing engineering direction.
  • Works closely with architects, builders, and project teams to achieve buildable solution
  • Confident in leading and mentoring junior engineers
  • Proven ability to lead and oversee façade system design, analysis, and development, ensuring structural integrity, thermal performance, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Proven experience in a similar associate or senior façade role

Senior Façade Engineer ($130K–$150K)

  • Delivers façade design, analysis, and documentation for major commercial and landmark projects
  • Performs engineering calculations and ensures compliance with standards
  • Works closely with architects, builders, and project teams to achieve buildable solutions
  • Provides on-site technical support and problem-solving as required
  • Ideal for a detail-oriented engineer with strong design and delivery experience
