A highly successful projects delivery team working at the heart of Australia's major infrastructure and energy developments is looking for a talented senior lawyer to join its expanding team. With a unique mix of legal, commercial and engineering professionals, they provide integrated support across some of the country's most complex and high-value projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a front-end lawyer to step into a hands-on, project-facing role and contribute directly to shaping strategy and outcomes on major deals.

What You Will Do:

  • Drafting, negotiating and managing front-end construction and upstream contracts (including D&C, EPC, JV, consultancy and subcontractor agreements)
  • Providing strategic legal and commercial advice on major infrastructure and energy projects
  • Working in an amazing team environment – smart, supportive, close-knit and collaborative structure with great exposure to senior leadership and decision-makers

What We're Looking For:

  • A front end construction/projects/infrastructure lawyer (approx. 5–8 years PQE)
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across legal and commercial teams
  • Based in Sydney but for the ideal candidate, the role could be open in other cities
  • Ability to thrive in a nimble, project-driven environment
