Role Description

As we continue to expand, this is a full-time role for an Enterprise Account Executive based in the Melbourne or Sydney areas. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, developing and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, and driving the sales process. Key responsibilities include bringing our unique value to the attention of new customers, providing a high value approach, tailored to each client, and achieving sales targets by demonstrating the value of Dayforce's platform to prospective customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Enterprise Software Sales and achieving successful client outcomes in the technology sector
  • Experience in Lead Generation and driving initial engagement with potential clients
  • Exceptional abilities in Sales and Consultative Selling, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored value
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in the HCM or technology solutions industry is a plus
