About the Roles

We're recruiting for multiple trade roles, each offering a variety of hands-on tasks and involvement input on projects large and small:

• Mechanical Fitters
• Focused on pump and valve maintenance, shutdowns, and workshop rebuilds. You'll be working on both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across industrial sites.
• Boilermakers & Welders
• Responsible for structural fabrication, chute rebuilds, and heavy mobile & fixed equipment repairs. Your work will contribute directly to the safety and performance of critical infrastructure.
• Industrial Painters
• Involved in surface preparation and protective coating applications. You'll help extend the life of industrial assets through corrosion control and finishing work.
• Diesel, Truck and LV Mechanics
• Servicing and repairing earthmoving and heavy vehicles, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely across a range of environments.

These roles are primarily local, with periodic travel opportunities available for those seeking a variety of locations and job scope.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Trade qualifications and licences relevant to your discipline
• Experience in mining, industrial, civil, or large workshop environments
• A strong safety mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Additional tickets such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, or HR Licence are highly regarded
• Equally important is to bring a genuine "Can Do Spirit" and "Honour Your Trade" in your work.
