Key Requirements:

• Proven experience operating MPU (Mobile Processing Units) in open pit mining
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card and Dangerous Goods Licence
• Current Shotfirer's Licence (preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of blast patterns, loading techniques, and product handling
• Ability to conduct pre-start checks, complete load sheets, and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and quality control
• Experience working with emulsion products and initiating systems
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing blast crew
• Sound mechanical aptitude for identifying and reporting equipment issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR preferred)
• Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Full Australian working rights
