About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Global Workwear Investments Pty Ltd as a full-time Retail Assistant in our Mandurah, WA store. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised to company standards, including replenishing shelves, tidying displays, and maintaining overall store presentation
  • Process cash and card payments, handle cash responsibly, and reconcile daily sales
  • Actively participate in inventory management, including stock takes and returns processing
  • Support the team in completing administrative tasks and special projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the workwear or fashion industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
