THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Retail Team Member based in Kalgoorlie. We are seeking career orientated professional to learn all work in a dynamic retail store, servicing a wide range of our products and services, reporting to the Store Manager.


This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 38 hours across Monday - Friday with potential overtime during peak periods.


Remuneration: Up to $85,000 base salary plus superannuation (depending on relevant skills and experience) and store discount.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
  • Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
  • Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping
  • Engage in regular product and sales training
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
