Bookkeeper

Seeking an experienced bookkeeper (minimum 5 years experience) to handle all accounting and statutory requirements for The Boathouse Cafe and Events including

• Payroll
• MYOB (mandatory), accounting including bank rec's
• Accounts payable
• BAS and other compliance lodgements
• Weekly profit report
• Liaising with external accountants for tax and financial reporting
• Helping the business find savings and efficiency gains

The role is a flexible permanent part time role - minimum 20 hours per week with work from home some hours an option.

Reporting directly to Owner, the role lends itself to an experienced candidate who will play an important role in the business.

You must be organised, able to meet deadlines and level headed. Strong interpersonal or "soft skills" will help succeed in the role.
