Organisation Perigon Group is partnering with a growing professional services organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Financial Accountant. This role provides the opportunity to oversee financial reporting and compliance, contribute to strategic initiatives, and deliver insights that support business growth.

The Role

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a critical role in guiding financial operations and ensuring the integrity of reporting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing end-to-end financial accounting and statutory reporting
  • Leading and developing a team of finance professionals to deliver accurate and timely outputs
  • Driving improvements in financial processes, controls, and systems
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong background in financial accounting within professional services or related industries
  • Proven experience leading and developing small teams
  • Excellent technical accounting skills and knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
