About the Role:

As a trainee dental assistant, you'll:

  • Assist dentists with clinical procedures, including room setup and patient care
  • Provide care and reassurance to nervous patients
  • Learn infection control, sterilisation, and chairside support
  • Be enrolled in and supported through a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
  • Be part of a busy, fast-paced team that values professionalism and positivity
  • Gain hands-on experience every day while getting paid to study
  • Exposure to all dental procedures including implants and smile make overs
  • Learn and assist with sedation options including oral sedation, happy gas and IV procedures

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

* Is aged 17–25 and ready to commit to full-time work and study

* Has a bubbly, happy personality and communicates confidently

* Has experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service (a plus)

* Can stay on their feet all day and thrives in a team environment

* Pays attention to detail and has strong spelling and communication skills

* Truly cares about people and wants to make a difference in patients' lives

* Is eager to learn, reliable, and wants a long-term career—not just a job
