Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior DevOpsDevOps Engineer on a 12 month contract
to support a large-scale cybercyber data management program. This role will suit a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated to deliver high-quality outcomes through automation, observabilityobservability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with development teams to provide and support environments that enable rapid, efficient, and secure service delivery.

Key Duties

  • Drive the uptake of observabilityobservability (monitoring and alerting) in platform tools and capabilities
  • Identify, mitigate, and communicate release engineering risks during planning
  • Enhance developer productivity, release frequency, and operational outcomes
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD functionality
  • Develop and maintain build, deployment tooling, and automation scripts
  • Maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
  • Plan, automate, test, and deploy databases using pipelines
  • Identify and implement process improvements for DevOpsDevOps workflows
  • workflowsMentor and support colleagues while building strong internal and external relationships
  • Effectively manage workload to meet project deadlines

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong IT infrastructure background with expertise in DevOps mDevOpsethodologies and cloud architecture
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability pobservabilityractices
  • Experience with infrastructure provisioning, deployment automation, and systems integration
  • Ability to design, code, test, and refactor crefactoromplex scripts and integration services
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in complex environments
