We require the services of an experience purchase officer/ catering coordinator role to join our head office locate in Applecross.

Activities/ Duties

Creating Purchase Orders both manually and within internal systems Uploading all relevant data in system (PO's, Invoices) Bi-monthly food cost control analysis for each site Review and advise on provisions request in liaison with the Chief Steward Periodic site visits (when applicable) for stock taking and inventory management. Planning of logistics and arranging on time provisions deliveries Reporting and documenting any delivery discrepancies. Submission of month end financial documentation requirements in a timely manner. Review and analyse month end documentation to ensure sites performance is as expected. Liaising with supplier to ensure all costs are captured correctly.

Accountabilities

Monitoring and ensuring on-site associated costs in line with the guidelines given. Ensure that all clients' receivables are paid in timely manner. Maintaining up to date documentation with the supplier Preparation of client invoices Candidate Requirements

Exposure to finance and understanding basic procurement processes. Good IT knowledge (Microsoft) Good understanding of food cost management Strong Communication skills both verbal and written. Flexible and adaptable, Hands on, Team player Reactive and ability to make prompt decision. Good interpersonal skills Clients and Supplier exposure (ability to work in cohesion with clients and suppliers)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Catering Administrator: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
