About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Labourer to join our team at Patios Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast. As a casual Labourer, you will be responsible for providing general labour support to our construction projects, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality outdoor living solutions for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting tradespeople with the construction and installation of patios, decks, and other outdoor structures
  • Undertaking general labouring tasks such as material handling, site preparation, and cleaning
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the site supervisor in a timely manner
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role, preferably within the Trades & Services industry
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
