The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is partnering with several leading architectural studios across Adelaide to connect talented Architects through to Senior Associates with opportunities that align with their career ambitions. These roles offer the chance to contribute to projects that shape the way communities live, work, and connect, spanning health, education, aged care, sport and leisure, workplace, residential, civic, and more.

Whether you're an experienced architect ready to lead small teams, or an established Associate seeking broader influence across national projects, these opportunities provide scope for both professional and personal growth.

The Like Mind

  • Strong design and technical skills, ideally demonstrated across complex or community-based projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and a collaborative approach to working with consultants and clients
  • Solid understanding of design documentation, Australian Standards, NCC (if applicable), and contract administration
  • A passion for design excellence, sustainability, and innovation
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and peers across all project stages
  • Leadership potential, whether that's mentoring emerging designers or managing large project teams
