Location: Bendigo or surrounding regional areas — including Ballarat, Geelong, Echuca, Swan Hill and Shapparton.

Salary: Competitive base salary + commissions

Millennial Finance Group is expanding across regional Victoria, and we're looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. If you're a skilled broker with 2+ years' experience and you want a full-time role with strong support, stability, and attractive earnings, this is an excellent opportunity.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Deliver tailored lending strategies and exceptional customer service
  • Manage clients from initial enquiry through to settlement
  • Structure and recommend home loan and investment lending solutions
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor applications with support from our admin team
  • Stay up to date with lender policies and market changes
  • Build strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and your local community
  • Maintain compliance with NCCP, BID, and MFAA/FBAA standards

What You Bring
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of lender policy and loan structuring
  • Professional communication and strong relationship-building ability
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and work autonomously
  • Experience with Mercury, SalesTrekker/ApplyOnline or similar systems is a plus
  • Passion for helping clients in regional communities achieve their goals
