Job Overview

FastFit Windscreens & Tint is after a Qualified Windscreen Fitter with solid technical know-how and a grit-first attitude. If you can wield tools like they're part of your toolkit and don't shy away from hard work—this role demands you.

  • Monday to Friday, based from Cairns CBD with mobile site work outside business hours
  • Navigate hands-on repair, replacement, and calibration tasks with autonomy.
  • Exhibit toughness, technical precision, and a true can-do spirit.

Must-Have Qualifications & Traits

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Qualified Windscreen Fitter—no trainees.
  • Fully confident with tools, vehicle glass systems, and job management platforms; ADAS experience is a bonus.
  • A no-nonsense, safety-first and independent working approach.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and physically engaged—no overcomplicating, just getting the job done.
  • Valid open manual driver's licence and professional demeanour.

Compensation & Progression

  • 3-month probation, followed by a pay review and potential eligibility for a company vehicle.
  • Work from Cairns CBD, Monday–Friday, with travel to job sites as needed.
  • Relocation assistance offered for qualified applicants from outside Cairns.
