About the role

As an Apprentice Floor & Wall Tiler at Tom's Quality Tiling, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the exciting world of tiling. This full-time position is based in Gosford, NSW 2250, and will involve hands-on training and guidance from experienced professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting experienced tilers with the installation of floor and wall tiles for residential and commercial projects
  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing tiles for installation
  • Mixing and applying adhesives and grout
  • Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in a safe manner
  • Participating in on-the-job training and learning the technical aspects of tiling

  • A strong interest in the building trades and a desire to learn the art of tiling
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
  • Positive attitude
