Kitchen Hand – Don Don Dumpling (Epping VIC)

Don Don Dumpling is a fast-growing Asian fast-food restaurant specializing in dumplings and delicious Chinese dishes. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Hand to join our back-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation.

Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and water bath cookers to cook chicken, beef, and other proteins.

Ensure all cooked items meet food safety and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Support the kitchen team with daily operations and cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or food handling experience preferred (training provided).

Attention to detail and ability to follow standard recipes and safety procedures.

Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Basic English communication skills.

Flexibility to work Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday from 11am to about 5pm.
