Pebbles Early Learning Centre Kingswood is seeking a dedicated and motivated ECT to join our vibrant team as our service continues to grow.

Pebbles Early Learning & Childcare - Kingswood, is a family-run service with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and care. Our approach is grounded in genuine relationships, strong community values, and a commitment to putting children first in everything we do. We pride ourselves on creating warm, welcoming environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspire, and where educators are respected, mentored, and given the space to thrive.

As part of our commitment, all applicants must:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Supply a current Police Check - issued within the last 2 months
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of child safety and professional boundaries.
  • Participate in mandatory induction and ongoing professional learning.
  • Follow our Child Safe Code of Conduct and reporting obligations.

About You

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or Working Towards
  • Available Monday - Friday for a rotating roster between 7am-6pm
  • Previous experience as an ECT is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Quality Improvement Planning.
  • A confident communicator and mentor who brings out the best in others.
  • Positive, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a growing service.
