For over 15 years, Fields has brought to life some of Melbourne's most prestigious gardens. Our award-winning team has delivered standout landscapes for The Australian Open, the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show, and private properties across the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs.

We are expanding our talented team and looking for a hands-on, experienced Landscaper / Team Leader to help us bring exceptional garden designs to life.

The Opportunity

About You

You're a leader, confident on the tools, and passionate about quality workmanship. You bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a drive to create outstanding outdoor spaces.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as qualified in high-end residential landscape construction or 5 years experience without qualifications.

  • Solid skills in:

  • Site planning, set-out, and levelling

  • Paving, concreting, and timberwork (decks, fences, screens)
  • Irrigation and lighting installation
  • Soft landscaping
  • Demonstrated experience in landscape construction, planning & managing site activities and subcontractors
  • Strong practical and manual skills, with the ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Able to lead by example
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

And the essentials:

  • Landscaping qualifications
  • Full Australian driver's licence
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Own tools (Work Ute provided)
