Job description

Beefy's are seeking Factory Workers to join our friendly factory team at Kunda Park (near Maroochydore) on the Sunshine Coast. We have multiple positions currently available.

Beefy's proudly make a wide range of scrumptious pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, cakes and much more Our premium products are well known in SE Qld and have won multiple awards with our production facility supplying our growing network of stores across SE Qld & NSW.

The Role

Currently we are looking for afternoon shift (2-6pm) team, with the future potential to extend this to longer or Full Time hours. We are flexible and open to Casual, Part-Time and Full Time, dependant on the candidate.

The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, highly reliable and enthusiastic.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • General food production hand and production line work
  • Picking and packing
  • Cleaning duties
  • Following strict hygiene processes
  • Preparing ingredients
  • Stock rotation
  • Ensuring compliance to Food Safety & HACCP principles and Company Policies & Procedures
  • Continual development of processes and systems to make the quality process more efficient
  • Ensure all Work Health & Safety procedures and policies are followed
  • Ability to lift up to 15-20kgs
  • A MR or Forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential.

The successful applicant will ideally have worked in a similar environment though the main attributes we seek are a great work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.
