We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT).

  • Brings a growth mindset and love of learning.

  • Builds warm, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • Holds current WWCC, First Aid, and RRHAN-EC.

  • Has excellent communication skills and a touch of creativity.

  • Is passionate about sustainability and embracing new ideas.
