Be part of a dedicated team shaping the lives of young children and grow your career in early childhood education.

As a Learning Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work closely with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to ensure every child feels valued and safe in their learning experiences.

Our centre is an intimate 74-place setting, supported by a dedicated leadership team. Our staff members boast an average tenure of five to fifteen years, with most holding at least a Diploma qualification. They bring a wealth of knowledge and skills in the Early Years sector.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
