Join Codus Building Surveying as our Administration & Accounts Assistant, supporting both our Finance and Technical Administration teams. This role provides critical support across daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of project documentation, permit processing, and financial administration.

We're looking for someone who values accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing multiple tasks and working closely with others to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and issue building and occupancy permits, certificates of final inspection, and related documents.
· Manage MYOB entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and job set-ups.
· Reconcile receipts against expenditure and support payroll processes.
· Coordinate inspection bookings and maintain accurate project records.
· Support compliance and audit preparation, including ISO 9001 and local industry reporting.
· Provide administrative support during periods of high workload or staff leave.
What You'll Bring
• –5 years' experience providing combined accounts and administrative support.
• Qualification in Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MYOB, the Microsoft Office suite, and document management systems, with experience using Permit Assist or VA considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to prioritising work.
• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative mindset.
