Office Administration Assistant (Part-Time: 1–2 Days per Week)

Location: Mentone

Employment Type: Part-time (1–2 days per week)

Start Date: As soon as possible with availability over Xmas / New Year period.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and organised Office Administration Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a supportive and flexible environment. You'll provide administrative support across a range of tasks and help ensure our office operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and filing (digital and paper-based)
  • Responding to emails and phone inquiries
  • Managing invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping (e.g., PracSuite)
  • Assisting with scheduling physiotherapy appointments
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of office administration experience is required
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PracSuite
  • PracSuite experience is preferred, however training can be provided for the right candidate
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting software (advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Previous Allied Health experience is advantageous but not essential.

Hours & Pay

  • 1–2 days per week (flexible days and hours).
  • Hourly Rate $40, plus superannuation.
  • Flexible work arrangements available.
