Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers and team members.

We are known for our carefully curated products all delivered with exceptional and informed customer service. We want our fresh fruit and vegetable department to reflect our values; best quality and range delivered with knowledge and passion.

Experience in leading, managing will be important. Being a positive, passionate and engaged leader, who loves interacting with customers and will mentor and share their knowledge with their team, including a love of good food and produce.

Produce Manager - Freshwater Supamart

45 hours per week.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Roster Dependant.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements

  • To maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage and quality control

  • Ability to look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride
