About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction professional to join our team at technik Scaffolding. As a Scaffoler or hard working labourer, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects across Sydney and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Building and dismantling scaffolding to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Identifying and resolving any construction-related issues or challenges
  • Ensuring all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborating closely with Builders, architects, engineers and other stakeholders at jobsite
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (1+ years) in a similar construction role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Certification in construction safety and compliance
