Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Groupis a family-owned aged care provider operating 41 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at Clarence Estate on a part-time basis, supporting both our home care program and residential aged care facility.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role will see you deliver high-quality gardening and landscaping services to our Albany based residents.

Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when executing small scale landscaping operations that create usable outdoor spaces for residents and their families, working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of our aged care residents.

What you'll bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we'll need make sure you possess the following:

  • Cert III in Landscaping Construction or Cert III/IV in Horticulture
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of Influenza vaccination
  • WA Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
