Job Description

We are seeking versatile and enthusiastic All-Rounders to join our team. This role involves a blend of front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, including serving customers, taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions using POS systems.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of desserts, beverages, and food items.
  • Ensure food prep areas and service stations are clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Operate coffee machines and prepare coffee beverages, including basic latte art.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and build rapport with patrons.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Barista experience and proficiency in coffee making, including basic latte art, preferred.
