Rebo is a bustling dessert and cafe located in North Melbourne. We take pride in offering a wide range of delicious treats including gelato, sundaes, shakes, juices, smoothies, coffee, cakes, waffles, hot dogs, and sandwiches. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where customers can enjoy quality food and excellent service.

We are seeking versatile and enthusiastic All-Rounders to join our team. This role involves a blend of front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, including serving customers, taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve a variety of desserts, beverages, and food items.
- Ensure food prep areas and service stations are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Operate coffee machines and prepare coffee beverages, including basic latte art.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and build rapport with patrons.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Barista experience and proficiency in coffee making, including basic latte art, preferred.
