2 Staff Needed: Part-time Accounts Officer & Part-time Marketing Assistant - Immediate Start

Location: Moore Park

Divas Beverages Australia Proprietary Limited is Australia's leading producer of premium wine-based products, proudly holding the position as the nation's foremost Wine Product company. Founded in 2010, the Divas brand has transformed the beverage landscape by leveraging advanced, proprietary technology and a visionary approach to winemaking.

We're looking for 2 team players to fill in two part-time positions of Accounts Officer and Marketing Assistant.

For Accounts Officer (3 days/week), your Day-to-Day will include:

  1. Finance: entering supplier bills, invoicing, chasing payment, bank reconciliations, company credit card reconciliations and other finance tasks as required.

  2. Administration: managing correspondence, ordering office supplies and ad-hoc admin tasks as required

    What we're looking for:

    · Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills

    · Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Xero

    · A basic understanding of Accounting principles and taxes

    · A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

For Marketing Assistant (2 days/week), your Day-to-Day will include:

  1. Assist in creating digital and print assets (social posts, EDMs, product design, promo material, POS assets, etc.)

  2. Contribute ideas and content for social media calendar

  3. Help with basic photo & video editing and content creation (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

  4. Support campaign rollouts and design admin tasks

    What We're Looking For:

    · A solid grasp of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)

    · Basic knowledge of digital platforms (Wordpress, email platforms, etc)

    · An eye for layout, colour, with good spelling and attention to detail

    · Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

    · Bonus: photo retouching, video editing

    · 2 years of design/marketing study or relevant experience
