We're now seeking a passionate Oral Health Therapist to join our Balwyn clinic on a full-time basis. About the Role

  • As an Oral Health Therapist at Dental Boutique, you'll play a vital role in our patient's smile journey. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality preventative and therapeutic dental care for children, adolescents, and adults within your scope of practice.
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive health in a supportive and engaging way.
  • Working collaboratively with our dentists, hygienists, and wider clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with patients through compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication.

About You

You are a dedicated and caring professional who thrives in a patient-centred environment. You will bring:

  • Current registration as an Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA.
  • Have 2+ years experience as a OHT
  • Strong clinical skills with a passion for preventive dentistry and patient education.
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
