We are seeking a talented WordPress Website Designer & Developer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals from Pakistan, India, Iran, and the Philippines who want to work with an international digital marketing agency.

About the Role

As a WordPress Website Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for creating, customising, and maintaining websites that deliver high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and SEO teams to ensure that each website is optimised for performance, responsiveness, and search visibility.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and develop WordPress websites using Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.


• Customise themes and plugins to meet client requirements.


• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.


• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly with clean, structured code.


• Manage speed optimisation, caching, and security setup.


• Integrate third-party tools such as CRMs, eCommerce plugins, and APIs.


• Maintain and update existing client websites, resolving issues quickly.


• Work with content and marketing teams to implement landing pages and blog layouts.


• Perform regular website backups and WordPress updates.


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.

Required Skills & Experience


• Proven experience in WordPress website design and development.


• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP basics.


• Familiarity with WooCommerce and eCommerce website setup.


• Ability to work with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).


• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimisation.


• Experience with cPanel, hosting environments, and domain management.


• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred (Nice to Have)


• Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms.


• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).


• Previous agency experience.
