The Role

As their Lead Developer, you'll guide a small but talented team through complex challenges while staying close to the code. You'll balance architectural decisions with hands-on development, mentor your team, and champion the smart use of AI to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple projects – from scoping to deployment
  • Shape technical strategy and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Oversee code quality, reviews, and standards
  • Mentor and guide the team in adopting AI tools and workflows
  • Collaborate across design, product, and marketing to deliver impactful digital solutions

  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong experience developing and debugging WordPress environments
  • Breadth of technical knowledge across multiple systems and languages
