Lead Product Manager Shape the Future of Smart Mobility & Logistics

The Role:
As Lead Product Manager, you'll drive our product engine-owning the end-to-end flow from discovery to delivery. You'll ensure a predictable roadmap, manage product risks, and align stakeholders to ship high-impact software for transit, government, and logistics customers. With potential to grow into Head of Product, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

You'll Own:
Roadmap Execution: Ensure 80% of prioritized initiatives are delivered within the 4-week planning cycle.
Discovery Pipeline: Maintain a backlog of 6 validated, well-framed challenges ready for shaping.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate 80% of product risks (Value, Viability, Usability, Feasibility) prior to development.
Stakeholder Alignment: Drive consensus among executives and cross-functional teams, achieving 8/10 alignment on strategic priorities.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop Product Managers while cultivating a high-performance culture (team eNPS 40).
