Outbound Sales Development Representative – Fast-Growth Brisbane SaaS

The Role – What You'll Do

This is a pure outbound role where you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers. You'll be on the phone, starting conversations, uncovering needs, and booking meetings for our sales team. You don't need previous industry knowledge – we'll train you. What matters is your energy, persistence, and hunger to learn.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Making 50+ outbound calls a day to decision-makers in fabrication, manufacturing, and construction businesses.
  • Following up with targeted emails to support your calls.
  • Setting at least 4 qualified meetings per week for our Account Executives.
  • Using our CRM to track activity, manage follow-ups, and keep prospects warm.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve results.

What's In It For You

  • Base salary: $65,000 + uncapped commission.
  • Commission: $50 per qualified meeting set + $200 per closed sale.
  • OTE: Well into the 70Ks+ in year one for hitting targets.
