IZAKAYA DOMO is an exciting new Sushi Shop located in the heart of Melbourne. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Shop Manager to oversee and manage all operational activities at our venue.
We are looking for a strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing business with ongoing opportunities and attractive rewards for the right candidate.
What you will need:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role, with a proven ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Must hold a valid Australian visa with permission to work.
Working Hours
- 38 hours per week.
- 08:00-15:30 (Mon-Fri).
About the Benefits
- Hourly wage:
- Weekday : $35 + Super.
- Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
- Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
