Currently Mrs Frogs Cafe is hiring Retail Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:·

  • Overseeing cafe workers, cashiers, and other employees.
  • Managing finances and preparing an annual budget.
  • Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
  • Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
  • Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
  • Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
  • Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
  • Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
  • Motivating employees to achieve targets.
  • Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Essential Requirements:

Must have a passion for retail and experience in a similar role.

· Known for your excellence in customer service and sales support.

· Demonstrated success in achieving retail store, sales targets.

· Capable of using initiative and customer focus to resolve customer queries.

· A sound working knowledge of Retail requirements for health and safety.

· Good numerical aptitude

· Must also be a highly self-motivated individual with an excellent work ethic.

· Strong organisational and supervisory skills

· Ability to prioritise, problem solve and to meet deadlines.

· Able to identify new client relationship opportunities.

· Merchandising and sales skills and knowledge

· Must be competent with Eftpos, cash handling, credits, and other retail business processes.

Desirable Requirements:

· Experience gained within the hospitality or catering industry.

· AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) or at least one year of relevant experience. In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000 p.a. plus Superannuation
