Join Bouygues Construction Australia as part of the Performance and Digitalisation team on the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project – one of the largest infrastructure projects in Australia.
Reporting directly to the Technical & Completions Director, you will play a key role in managing and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the client, coordinating with discipline leads, and developing digital solutions to optimise internal project processes.
Key Reponsabilities
- KPI Management
- Act as the main interface between discipline leads and the client for project performance reporting.
- Consolidate, analyse, and validate data provided by various teams.
- Prepare and present KPI results during client meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with contractual commitments.
- Reporting & Project Performance Support
- Produce periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for the client and senior management.
- Provide targeted analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams (construction, procurement, environment, HR) to collect and consolidate performance data.
- Digital Development & Process Optimisation
- Identify improvement opportunities based on project team needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy tailored digital tools (Power BI dashboards, automation solutions, databases, etc.).
- Standardise best practices and train internal users on newly developed tools.
YOUR PROFILE
- Engineering degree required, ideally complemented by business school or project management training.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and advanced Excel.
- Solid understanding of project management and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you will be in constant contact with both project teams and the client.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
