Reporting through to the National Field Sales Manager, as the South Australian/NT State & Field Manager at Manassen Foods, you'll be on the front line of building strong customer relationships and managing some of South Australia's leading Independent groups, including Romoes, Chapleys & others, driving in-store excellence, growing brand presence and managing your team.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, field, or account management roles.
  • Experience in a leadership role — managing field or state teams (Sales Reps, Territory Managers, or Merchandisers).
  • Proven success translating national strategy into local execution with measurable results.
  • Experience working with major grocery, route, or independent channels (e.g. Coles, Woolworths, Metcash, independents, petrol & convenience).
  • Strong understanding of field execution standards, trade spend, and promotional compliance.
