About the role

We are seeking Production Assembler to join our team at Nautitech Mining Systems in Castle Hill, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of our industry-leading mining equipment. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assembling, testing and inspecting mining equipment components and systems according to specifications
  • Conducting quality checks and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process
  • Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
  • Complete minor maintenance duties on machinery and general work area
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Some experience in a production or assembly role preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong safety focus and a commitment to following all relevant procedures and protocols
