Join Cavalo Prestige – Melbourne's newest, state-of-the-art prestige automotive workshop, built from the ground up to deliver an unmatched service experience. We're looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to support our cutting-edge Service & Parts Department. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of parts through our workshop, supporting our Triage-to-Eclipse workflow, and enabling our technicians to work efficiently and accurately.


About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter at Cavalo Prestige, you will:

  • Identify and source parts for internal repair orders using OEM catalogues and supplier networks
  • Prepare accurate quotes in Eclipse and assign parts to the correct RO
  • Align parts supply with our Super Service Triage system to keep workflow moving
  • Communicate closely with our Parts Manager, Workshop Controller and Service Advisors
  • Monitor ETAs, manage delays, and offer alternative solutions when required
  • Receipt stock, manage inventory accuracy, and maintain a clean, organised parts space
  • Support stocktakes, supplier returns, and ongoing inventory processes
  • Uphold Cavalo's premium brand standards in communication, presentation, and conduct

What You'll Bring
  • Experience as a Parts Interpreter in a dealership or busy workshop
  • Strong knowledge of European/prestige vehicles (highly regarded)
  • Confidence navigating EPCs, supplier networks and workshop systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and collaborative working style
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and ownership of your role
