Blueroom Enterprises Pty Ltd t/a Bread Social is seeking an experienced Pastrycook to join our professional team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality baked goods in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As a Pastrycook, you will be responsible for preparing and baking cakes, pastries, and desserts. Duties include mixing ingredients, baking, decorating, and ensuring products meet quality standards. You will also follow food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.

Requirements:

• A relevant Certificate III or IV in Patisserie (or equivalent qualification)
• A minimum of one year of relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, dough preparation, and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Salary & Benefits:

• $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience).
• 12% superannuation
